These Terms of Service govern your use of the EmbroideryZone2 website and your purchase of digital embroidery designs. By using our site, you agree to these terms.

Digital Products

All products sold on EmbroideryZone2 are digital files delivered via instant download. No physical items are shipped. Once your payment is confirmed, your download links will be made available immediately on your order confirmation page and sent to the email address you provide.

License for Personal & Small Commercial Use

When you purchase a design, you receive a license to use the digital file for personal projects and small-scale commercial production (up to 100 finished items). You may stitch the design onto items you sell, such as gifts, crafts, and custom apparel.

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Resell, share, or distribute the digital design files in any format.
• Upload the files to file-sharing sites, marketplaces, or social media for others to download.
• Claim the designs as your own or use them in a competing embroidery design business.
• Mass-produce items using these designs beyond the 100-item commercial limit without contacting us for an extended license.

Refunds

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final. Since the files cannot be "returned," we do not offer refunds once a download has been accessed. If you experience a problem with a file (such as a corrupted download or a format issue), please contact us and we will be happy to help resolve it.

File Compatibility

Our designs include the following formats: DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, PES, VIP, VP3, XXX, and PDF. You are responsible for confirming that your embroidery machine supports one of these formats before purchasing. It is your responsibility to have the software and equipment needed to transfer files from your computer to your machine.

Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, and content on this website are the intellectual property of EmbroideryZone2 and are protected by copyright law. Your purchase grants you a license to use the design — it does not transfer ownership of the design itself.

Limitation of Liability

EmbroideryZone2 is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our digital files, including but not limited to damage to materials, equipment, or loss of profits. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
